Imagine Drinking a shot of Fresh Wheatgrass Juice..Only Smoother and easier to take. This stuff is Rich and Sweet! Just Put some in water and shake.
The way I like to do it is to put 3 or 4 tablespoons of it in a pint of water in a canning jar, put the lid on and shake.
I don't recommend this to everybody. Many people like sugary sweet things so you can put it in diluted Apple Juice if you want. It's up to you.
